Over the past two decades, I’ve worked in nearly every role in hospitality; from waiter to manager, bartender to chef, event organizer to content creator. I started in Istanbul and for the past six years, I’ve continued my journey in London. Now, through Back of House, I bring all that experience directly to your venue.I’ve seen it all; places that run like clockwork and others that barely hold together.
